100% scam. The only chips I know that are reputable are UNICHIP (which I have and it does work very well) and some products from Underdog Racing Development. The Unichip is like $600 and the URD is a couple hundred. You will definitely never see 40hp from a 20 dollar mod.

Re: anyone try a stage 3 juice box chip?

Oh I had a great day yesterday, everything I bought from ebay was a compleate waste of money.I had precut tint and it was scratched ,then the sensor i got didnt work.Im sick of the junk ebay sells.that was a total waste of 60.00.I had to buy both items over again and i dont think i can send the stuff back plus it wouldnt be worth it.
I put one of those sensors that if somone oes near your car it warns you.
But my car being parked outside my bedroom window ,when ever i answered my cordless phone it would trip my alarm. so if the sensivity cant be adjusted right then this too was a waste of money.
I hope my next mod goes better.Im going to paint my roof and put on a light bar.I bought the 42.99 chrome lights that are on ebay sold by Doops and they are sweet.I got them in 2 days too. There under off road lights.

Re: anyone try a stage 3 juice box chip?

Sorry to hear about your misfortunes on e-bay. I guess its always a gamble when you don't actually see the products before you buy them. I've been pretty lucky with e-bay. Only got burned on some cheap imitation FJ 40 emblems. Take the truck to a stereo shop to see what can be done about the sensor. If you are interested, or anyone for that matter, I have some PIAA 520 lights with the wiring harness and switch that I got on e-bay. They are in good condition, but I decided to go with PIAA 525's on my brush guard. So, I will sell them dirt cheap if you are interested. I will also throw in the PIAA ceramic mounting brackets for the lights. Hell, If you pay for shipping, you can have em!

Re: anyone try a stage 3 juice box chip?

I will keep your lights in mindy n in law may need them. I got lights from ebay
the ones for 42.99 from Droops off road. You can see them under off road lights ebay parts and acesseories.
I had to buy a ew sensor when i went to my shop.Like yu said, its the cheap stuff thats a rip off most of the time,But I bought a computer from ebay,it works but it didnt have all the goodies it claimed to have and this was new in the box from a warehouse so beware even when its a store selling new stuff. always use paypal, they refunded me the whole cost of the computer and let me keep it.that was cool.

Yeah that blows. Unless they are products from ruputable companies, never buy crap off ebay.

Always read the auctions carefully.
