I hope your problem is solved by now Racer.
I was about to order DT headers and URD Y-pipe, but I'm hesitant now, not to mention that I live in Saudi Arabia and shipping headers (in case they are defective) back to the states will cost me a lot.
FJeddah, I thought nothing rusts in the desert. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Re: my Doug Thorley long tubes are rusting away :(
I have a few dealers in your area that always stock these. If any problems ever arise I guarantee you will not have to send them back to us as they can swap them for you. You should not have problems though.
Re: my Doug Thorley long tubes are rusting away :(
i have thought about this product but after reading a rusted header in 2 months made me think twice. the credit card dispute was another icing on the cake. i think ill keep my fj stock and keep my $$$ in the bank. with the economy in a turmoil, cos should be greatful that people are spending disposable income. better to put food on the table.
Re: my Doug Thorley long tubes are rusting away :(
I have my headers for prob. 10 months now. I live in Hawaii and I have no rusts what so ever. It was just an isolated incident and shouldn't use one persons problem as the deal breaker.

You're right, nothing is perfect. Not everything we buy would function properly.

Re: my Doug Thorley long tubes are rusting away :(
I'm just curious about this. In another thread (about their catbacks) DTH states their warranty doesn't cover rust (at least on these SS catbacks). If rust isn't covered on their headers as well then why not just state that fact in their 1st reply in this thread? If rust is covered then why refuse the refund?
Either way it leaves a bad taste unless there's something we don't know.

Thanks for the back up. I have discussed that it was isolated and have not had any issues sense.
Thanks

Rust is not covered by ANYBODY. I didn't mention it at first because I was trying to provide good customer service.
