I'd like to see that in writing. Not because I don't believe you, because I want to go get my money back and do my own service and be able to tell the dealer there barkin up the wrong tree.
You don't have to have a Toyota tech perform the standard maintenance for the warranty to remain intact. You can have anyone including yourself do it. Just keep your receipts. I always write the date and mileage on any filter I replace.

1 hr for drive your ride to the rack, and let is sit there to cool off the engine.
20 minutes wait for the parts department to get all the parts
30 minutes enjoy the donuts and coffee, and chat with the others mechanic
10 minutes go to the take a dump... you know, after a full breakfast...
1 hr for change your oil, rotate the tires, change spark plug
5 minutes for inspect your car by "eyes" only
10 minutes for test drive
45 minutes to wait for the service advisor and call you to pick up the car
4 hours of labors~! Man, that's absolutely worth every bang of the bugs
