I received my Scepter Military 20L fuel cans yesterday from Brigade Quartermasters. They are the Olive Drab with Red Strap ones that everyone talks about (but are outlawed in a number of states). I ordered them online, and expected a call from them to make sure it was OK to ship to Utah.
I did not receive a call--they just shipped them! The good part is they came in plain brown boxes so they did not need any "additional inspection" as they came into the state.
I also used a code to obtain free shipping from them! SWEET!
My thoughts to my "friends" on the forum: Are you looking for some of these? I bought three, but would not mind placing another order (I wish I would have ordered 4). They come two in a box. I can get free shipping to my house in Utah, and could then ship anywhere (California!).
Let me know what you think. Here is a stock photo of the bad boys. The price was $39.99 each. The way they are made they will probably last me the rest of my life!

Funny Thing.
I recieved mine yesterday also.
I order two green w/red flap and the one extened nozzle/fill hose.
I use the $10 off code so it came out to $109 shipped.
I also didn't get a call or nothing. I got a shipping tracking number.
And it came.
I also place and order with another vendor and got shot down. I am glad anyway because they where $25 more.
Really surprise it came. Look at my location under my advatar(No not Thailand the other one).
I also return the Carb Scepter Jerry can back to Pepboys that I bought the other day.
They where on sale for $12.50 each. I was tempted to keep them. But I gotta make room.

I think it might be in the states that require the CARB type. I know in Cali it can be a real PITA to get one of those shipped into this state. At least so has been posted on the forum..

I think people have said they are illegal in Cali because they are not carb certified. You will have a very hard time finding any supplier that will ship to cali.
