Re: Expedition One rear bumper: Integrated lights, or No Integrated lights
LOL, love the optimism, you'll be rich again before this rear bumper gets finished! I have Ex 1 bull bar and love it and have been waiting for the rear, James' lack of updates here are frustrating to say the least.

Re: Expedition One rear bumper: Integrated lights, or No Integrated lights
pictures are coming soon of both bumper and tire carrier. bumpers should start moving out this month, were just waiting on some pricing to come back. Tire carrier versions will be soon after. They will trickle out probably at the rate of roughly 1 carrier version to every 5 of the non-tire carrier versions. This is just due to some of the complexities of the design and what it may require of us in regards to fixtures....
Re: Expedition One rear bumper: Integrated lights, or No Integrated lights
That's great!
My rear bumper was hit 2 weeks ago, already have the check from the other insurance company.
There are still honest people out there!
I was in the outer banks at a mall, the lady who hit it was from Minnesota.
She left a note with her info and an apology on the windshield!
FJ was unattended.
I am thinking I will send her flowers for being honest about it.
Re: Expedition One rear bumper: Integrated lights, or No Integrated lights
Hi James,
Sarah gave me the tracking # today for my E1 bumper with winch, CANT WAIT!!
I know alot of folks here have asked this question.
Do you have any pricing on the rear bumper yet?
Re: Expedition One rear bumper: Integrated lights, or No Integrated lights
nothing final but bumper w/ Powder coat and NS sirius lights will be around $800 for the intro price. Tire carrier version is still being configured but should come in below $1600 which was our target price...
Re: Expedition One rear bumper: Integrated lights, or No Integrated lights
Here are a few pic's I've uploaded: I'm trying to get a little sequenced thing going to show how the carrier works but its my first time...
Some quick basics:
Bumper: comprised of 3/16" material for internal structure and 1/8" for outer. It recently gained some weight due to increased internal structure so I'm not sure what the weight is, though I can guestimate it to be around 85lbs. Comes with light ports, recovery shackle mounts and backup sensor holes. Back up sensors apear to work just fine so far.... Designed to work with factor hitch. High clearance hitch option to come...
Tire carrier version:
Its intended range is for 35-37" tire though smaller and slightly larger will work fine as well. We just put a 35" tire on today and it fit great. The rear window will still open with a 35. I'll have to check with 37's though. Its integrated into the door so door and carrier swing in unison. The weight of the tire is carried by the bumper. There will be bolt-on additions such as hi-lift mounts, geri can mounts, etc.
as soon as we have full priceing we'll post it up, as well as some more pictures and a better description on how it all works....

I think that would definitely brighten that womans day from a bad situation and a sign of forgiveness, i say for sure do it with a card as well.
This bumper is saweet. Price is nice as well. I was just looking at the Kaymar on Man-a-fres website and that thing is almost 3 grand with the tire carrier!!!
