I do not believe they are shipping quite yet....I was just lucky enough to get number one of the new with lights and without tire carrier prototype. Man this thing is awesome!!!!!

I think the bumpers are still in pre-production tweaking stage. The folks who have them are semi-testing them before full production starts.

This bumper/swing out is very good looking but the lack of built in dual jerry cans is a real turn off for me.
