Re: Expedition One rear bumper: Integrated lights, or No Integrated lights

Just for clarification is the swingout rear shipping also or just the nonswingout? If not how is it looking for the swingout version?

Did anyone come up with a better answer?

Found a temp solution to Gobi Ladder clearance with Rear Bumper.

Added 3 washers/spacers to elevate the ladder.

Allows for just enough clearance to use the ladder.
Used new double sided foam tape to attach bottom bracket.
The included lower bracket barely fits, will need to shave a bit off the leading edge to prevent scraping.

Ladder seems stable and functional. Anyone have any other possible ideas to elevate the ladder and hard mount the bottom?

It's been done for some time now. Give them a call and order one.
