Not quite, but we only junked 6 bumpers until we had a working one on our last run.

We're also going to add a swinging tire carrier option, but it may take a month or 2 longer to get than the standard tire carrier option....

Very soon. we hope to have all the pricing and stuff compleatly figured by this week, and be shipping them toward the end of the month....

We've made a bunch of adjustments to the internal structure and have finally figured out a way that requires no drilling....
Is it the "end of the month" yet?

I'm going to honest with everyone. I had to put of the FJ rears of a few weeks for a high profile (your opinion on that will probably depending on who you are I guess) client opportunity. I had 2 weeks from begining to end to build a Bumper for for the 2008 tundra's for Karl Malone. This was the end result:

I am now vigorasly working on the FJ rear bumpers. we should have pricing finished by monday, and we are also going to have a rear tire carrier option for sure... We'll start taking orders and we'll have a web page and order page on our site next week....

Re: Expedition One rear bumper: Integrated lights, or No Integrated lights

I voted for lights. But I wouldn't use them solely as reverse lights. Rather usable lights that you can independently turn on/off. Great for night trailing there you need more light to back up with. Or at a boat ramp. Or camping. Or grabbing the yak at night, etc. (Or reminding someone behind you of their obnoxious lights.)

Re: Expedition One rear bumper: Integrated lights, or No Integrated lights

I like the way that tundra bumper looks....have one question though.....there is a considerable gap between the body and the bumper...it can really be seen on the left side compared to the right, is that normal?

yep, that's called frame vs body flex. the frame flexes as the suspension cycles. The body ends up flexing the least because its suspended on bushings. On flat ground the gap is even all the way across and in the case of the tundra can be adjusted out if desired due to the bumpers design.......
