Re: New Expedition Style, Offroad Trailer!!! WARNING: Picture overload!
Again guys thanks for all the positive remarks.
I will be emailing pictures and information to all that have asked tomorrow. I will have to take the afternoon to do it, but you should see them over the weekend.
If any are going to The Thrill on the HIll, I will be staying in one of the trailers.
I will start taking orders again in September. It appears we can build two a month of the standard trailer, and 1.5 of the fully modified trailer.
Once we have the new building leased, It should grow rapidly.

Re: New Expedition Style, Offroad Trailer!!! WARNING: Picture overload!
I use a dexter torflex axle on the trailer. It is a rubber ride axle that is set at 2200 pounds. Dexter over springs their axles somewhat.
The key to making any small trailer work properly is tire preasure. AT does the same thing with air bags under the trailer. A great idea no question, but I just am terrified of air bags under the trailer.
If you use air preasure in your tires to adjust to empty and full you will have no problems with a rubber ride axle. The trailers are light enough not to cause much tire wear with lower air preasure. I have a brand new KM2 35 inch, I have a little over 500 miles on them and they still have some of the little nubs on them.
They are used on most highend trailers in this country and pretty much exclusively in Europe.
