Do you think you can build this guy. If so how much? I am a serious buyer, and would also drive down to Cali from Vegas if needed. I will be placing the Pioneer 10" TS-SW2541D, so these speakers are shallow.
Should not be an issue to build the box, or something similar, notice the rockford logo on the bottom left, the box could actually contour better without it.
The wrapping material is basically a carbon fiber finished vinyl. Give us a call at the shop and we can get you some specific pricing.
The 1 think i will say against this box is this.... It will require some additional modification, where the standard box we build simply replaces the stock sub, we could build a dual box and pitch the amps. The other issue is things banging against it in the back, but again, if you want something very similar it can be done, if you want some less intrusive in that same material it's also easily done.
It would probably be slightly more expensive than the Line-x, I have not priced the carbon fiber vinyl in a while, I believe it's a little more expensive than the standard vinyl, figure on $50-$100 more than the line-x max.
We can make some phone calls and find out for sure if you decide you really want that material.

If you want the box give us a call and let us build it off of our FJ, which typically takes about a week, then just mount it in your vehicle once we have it done.
Install itself should not take too long.
