DUAL BATTERY INSTALL WITH CAI: Installation w/ pics

To read the original full thread and post questions/comments on this topic, please go to Dual Battery Install with CAI

I installed the Dual Battery System from Larry at Dirty Parts. Larry's system has easy to read instructions, that are step by step and very detailed. He even sends a CD of the pictures on how it is to be installed. Thanks Larry for an awsome set up.

I had to do a slight modification to the battery tray because I have a CAI installed.

Battery Tray installed

Battery Tray Modification Trimed about 1/2"

Hold Down is tight to CAI

Relay

Starting the wiring

Long Positive cable to stock battery

Positive cable between battery and fuse box

Ground Cable to Motor Mount

Ground to Battery

Stay away from hot Exhaust

Connections to relay

Switch harness routing to inside switch

Wire run

Fused Link

Finished Complete Wire Install

Tight Fit next to the CAI

Interior Switch

This is a real easy thing to do. The most time consuming thing is routing the cables and wires to make a clean install.
