Off to Cancun!!!!

The Bloo`s are headed for 11 days in the sun.My first priority on returning is to cut back on the lurking and launch an exploritory commitee to look into forming a new team for all those who cannot be Leg Humpers.It will be called"Team Window Licker"

I've been to Belize (Ambergris Caye, Caye Caulker), but not as far north as Cancun.

Wow!! I am Jealous!!!! I stayed at The Hideaway in Playa last year and it is really nice! Have you ever been to Playacar?

Not yet!

The previous trips to Mexico have been to Cabo, Loreto/Baja, and Nuevo Vallarta so this will be fun. Have done most of my beach trips to Caribbean or Tahiti area

Here is a couple pointers for ya! You can go on van tours that hit a couple different places at once, places so in the jungle you would never find them yourself! I took a tour that took you to a snorkel down a freshwater river to the ocean ( very cool to see freshwater and saltwater fixing together), then they took us to snorkel in a cenote (underground water system, don't leave w/o seeing one of those,CRAZY) then we went to a cenote that had caved in and went swimming. My cousin and I also took a trip to Discovery something on Isla Mujares. Lots of stuff to do there, my favorite part, the turtle hatchery and feeding an aquarium full of big sharks (a big arcylic cage in the ocean, you can swim around) and lots of dolphins!! The Mayan ruins of Tulum were really cool!! There are a couple really cool bars in the town of Playa Del Carmen, Pirate Bar for a good kickin back on the beach( firedancers at night) and the Blue Parrott is right next to that if your into partying it up! And I got to tell ya, the food at The Hideaway is really good, so, take lots of loose fitting clothes! I really think you will very happy with your hotel choice! Report back when you get back, I'd like to see if you enjoyed it as much as I did! I am thinking about returning in May! Have a great time!
