No answering machine...It just said something about the call being monotored for customer service and then went blank. I tried about 3 or 4 times starting around 11:00 AM (florida time) till around 4:00 PM. Was the blowout still going on anyway?

I apologize about the phone system.If you let the greeting play through it will go to the message prompt. The Prices have increased slightly since the blowout sale. There is actually another price increase coming in september as well.

Don't worry about anything. I don't think any less of you guys for it. Believe me I know phone systems screw up, half my job is dealing with em. No ill will and I will be looking you guys up again. See Signature below for reasons:

I wouldn't worry about the warranty issue. OME is fully warranted here and the burden of proof is with Toyota to prove that the OME lift caused any warranty concern. I understand your concern but I really wouldn't let that bother you.
