NOTE: Supercharger has been calibrated for optimum performance with the stock intake, consequently the supercharger is not compatible with the TRD Performance Air Intake or any other intake system.
Why, is it a fitment issue? there are ways of rerouting the intake tube, also the safary snorle is compatable with the SC. Ask mudlovingfj, He explained it to me that it is in writing, as for me, I don't need one, I need a crawler.

Fitment isn't an issue, TRD is making a statement that their software is calibrated for a stock intake, not for the TRD (or any aftermarket) intake. With that said there are several people running a TRD intake with their TRD S/C. It's probably not optimal software wise, but seems to work just fine (heck maybe even better, but no dyno runs to show that yet?). Why TRD didn't do their software with the TRD intake is beyond me.

It's exactly as Mr R2FJ has stated. The software to reflash the ecu was developed with the factory airbox. What they are saying is with this particular reflash, you will see peek performance with the stock airbox.
