Little more info...
The TRD S/C is a roots type charger as opposed to a centrifugal type. A roots type charger typically hits maximum boost at around 2800 rpms where as a centrifugal type charger typically hits maximum boost at almost redline. End result, you'll receive the boost the moment the pedal is pressed. You will not experience any type of lag like with the 3.4L S/C. The addition of an intercooler to this charger sets it's standards well above it's 3.4L predecessor.
Thanks

Is the S/C kit comes with the EBC (Electonic Boost Control)? An electronic actuator for the bypass valve, dumping boost at two critical points: one, between shifts and two, when the ECU goes into rev-limiter mode. It came with my 3.0 L V6 S/C and it helps prolong the life of the auto transmission.
Thanks.
