I've been told that this will be the price we will give to FJCruiserForums.com members from here on out, or until TRD decides to have a price increase which in turn would make our price increase.

I called my local dealer and got a price for the install, but he mentioned the units were still on sales hold. He thought there may be an issue with them... any word from TRD that would indicate any issues / problems?

Let me know.. I'm dying to get one of these from you.

BTW I was quoted at $875 for the install does that sound about right?

The TRD supercharger was tested by TMS...
they drove the final calibrated Tacoma XRunner (same engine) with the Supercharger, and with the Cold Air Intake it gets SAE certified at 326hp!

Yes, there is a hold on them currently which TRD says will be lifted the end of the month. They are already showing up in the warehouses around the country so it won't be long till they start shipping them out to dealers.

That install price is in the ballpark I would imagine.
