My problems with FJ Source

I have run into quite a few problems with this company and just wanted to inform everyone so that you all don't make the same mistake.

Awhile back I was intersted in getting the Gobi ladder and after doing my research I saw that FJ Source offered a discount of 5% and free ground shipping. However, they changed their web site and the code no longer works. After a few unanswered emails to Jason about whether or not the discount still worked, I gave up for a short time. Then I decided why not, and ordered the ladder without the discount. I was moving soon and I needed them to be sent as soon as possible. So I called after a week and Jason promised the ladder would be in my hands the next monday. I waited, but nothing. After 3 weeks of waiting I finally called and had Jason cancel the order. He apologized, but promised it wasn't his fault. Then yesterday (2 weeks after I canceled the order) I get an email from him saying the ladder has been shipped!

Not only was the order cancelled, but it was shipped out ground and he charged me for 2-day! Thats not the end of it, the reason I needed it by a certain date, a month ago, is because I no longer live at that address...

That would annoy me too! I hate bad customer service with a passion.

Re: My problems with FJ Source

That really is too bad. I had a very, very good experience with Jason and FJ Source. He got me my Gobi Stealth, ladder and light package when he said and for a terrific price. I suppose everybody is failable.
