LCS - DARN! Next time, I'll definitely give you the heads up.
It was FUN! I'll have pictures soon here.
I got stuck, bigtime... Buried it right up to the CV & pumpkin and then some on one side. Took awhile to dig and pull it out, but we got it out. That's what I get for not following the trail... (literally, 5 feet to the right of the trail) "The little Ford Escape that could" was with us and he (of course) got stuck once. UberTruder's rig and fj6high's monster truck there helped out in both times. All in good fun.
I owe UberTruder & fj6high a beer.
Lessons Learned:
1) Don't neglect the hi-lift jack because you're late, just be late.
2) You can never have a good enough shovel, as the folding military one only worked well in WWII (and you might want to carry a spare one too )
3) Use a kinetic "snatch" strap (thankfully, I did have mine)
4) If you plan on seriously off-roading, you'd better have the D-Ring setup in your hitch...
5) Find a local car wash with a pressure washing bay before you drive (an hour) home and get the mud out of your rims so it doesn't feel like you're getting all shaken up on the way home... (Mud tire balancing anyone?)
6) Buy a CB and install it, it's really helpful (sorry UberTruder, I HAD to )
7) Never look at your boots and decide it might be OK to wear Vans...
And some others I can't think of yet...

I had a guy helping me with my CB and he convinced me to think about getting a HAM radio instead, of upgrading my free CB.

LOL! What I really needed was some scuba gear, maybe I could have dove in and freed it from below?

That is why I bought a $5 looong handled shovel at Home Depot today! I'll get it mounted on roof rack and bring it next time. Sorry I couldn't make it, Deltona had some "micro-bursts" in the storms yesterday and I have 2 piles of clean-up (so far).
