I've had my FJ for close to two years now, and wondering if anyone else in the area is interested in wheeling with me or setting up a meet, and/or a small build day. I know a lot about electrical and paint. I also know a bunch of places to wheel.

I mostly go to a place in Scottsmoor. It is legal place to ride. Mud, mud, and more mud. Basically its like a huge motocross track but it is wide open and you won't get "pin stripes." Fun, easy wheeling and you don't need huge tires and a lift. It will flex out your FJ. There are quads and dirt bikes all over the place so you have to honk a lot around corners. The quads and dirt bike people are friendly and no one goes to fast so its safe. Great place for people new to wheeling. I'm going to head out this weekend for a few hours most likely saterday. Let me know if anyone wants to go with.

Is Oviedo, (northeast of Orlando) too far? Seems like almost every other weekend we find ourselves somewhere in Volusia or Brevard County. Only had the FJ for a couple of months. Have no experience 4-wheeling but sure want to give it a try.

Come join us this weekend in Ocala Natl. Forest then! Ocala is reputed to be "too easy" for the hard core 4X4 crowd, but we want to see for ourselves - so we are going to be camping out Friday and Saturday night and wheeling Saturday and Sunday. Go see the ONF Exploration run thread that I linked in a previous post to this thread for more info.
