The green dots show how much rep you have. I am not sure about the Toyota emblem at the top. Maybe it is how many posts you have done. Don't know for sure.

100 posts=regular
300=veteran
900=master

And I'm not sure from there that's as far as I've gotten.

There's a little silver scale icon at the bottom left hand corner of each post. Double click on this to add rep. Everyone give it a try here on this post.

how do you give someone rep points anyway? is there a function on your user cp?? after that does it go to some kind of international commitee,in the Hauge Netherlands and voted on?...im just a little confused

At one time, it was actually used for showing appreciation for someone's worthy contributions to the forum, but now "rep" is short for repetition.
