How do you display more then 5 posts?

I use a similar bulletion board for other hobbies but they allow me to display 30+ posts.... for some reason I can't find that option on this board??
Can someone help? The current way is way to time consuming

Click "User CP" on the top (black) menu bar.

Under "Control Panel" on the upper left of the User CP page, click "edit options".

Scroll way down that page, and there is an option to increase the number of posts per page.
