I have recently noticed when I try & type a word in upper case & go to submit the post that it gets corrected to lower case.
Even though I found that you may go back & edit it back to all upper case.
Is this a glitch? Just curious. Anyone else notice this?

holy Crap You're Right, It Does Change It All... That Is Pretty Cool, It Prevents People From Typing In All Caps Which Is Really Silly And Something Only Morons Do. If You Really Need To Yell You Can Probably Do So Using Code Tags!!! Agghhhhhhh!!!!
