Buy a Demello bumper, buy a Warn M8000 winch, install winch in bumper, install bumper on FJC. Searching will find multiple threads with detailed pics on the process. Good luck with the modifications...

Ratte, in it's current stock state, you cannot add a winch to the FJ.

You must add a bumper to install a winch. Or, get the Lucrum winch mount.
