I called to check on the status of mine yesterday. They still didn't have all the info, and no, I didn't get the mailer...hopefully before the end of next month. If it's silver it'll go on the shelf with the others. If not, off to Ebay...

I had a similar experience. Registered for this thing back in April, never heard anything, called in finally on Monday of last week and got re-registered. The guy who helped me said it would take 8 - 10 weeks. It came three days later! In black which matches my full-sized version.
One thing I noted, the mini comes with better tires than actual FJ. BFG A/T's on the little guy vs. Bridgestone Duelers on his much more expensive big brother.
I registered at toyotaownersonline.com and had to wind up calling the toll free number and speaking to someone about it. Within 2-3 weeks it showed up on my doorstep.
