This sucks, I have had two geniuses total two of my cars and my wife did the third, no matter what the pay off is it's a pain dealing with everything. The last time i was in school and got a phone call before one of my classes that i needed to go and get it from the impound lot (the dufes was drunk and hit it while i wasn't at home) cause they dint have any adjusters to go and lookat it, i told them that i wasn't gonna go nwar it and they're gonna be taking care of the bill. By the time i got out of class i had a voice mail with an estimate. And I've had times where it took them forever to get anything done, the first car that was totaled was an old car that I'm pretty sure his insurance paid more for the rental that i had than mutt car was worth.
