Probably a weld on plate for the back of the diff...that's the part that really needs protection. For bolt on, probably the BudBuilt?

Check out Boztec BozTec Rear Diff Skid Plate BZ-REARDIFF
Not sure that there would be much difference as far as how low under the diff they come down. Most wrap pretty tightly but the Boztec seems to protect the the E-locker best IMHO.

Boztec here again, good product, after installing it and wheeling it a couple of time, take a look at it. You will see what you were putting your rear diff. through without it.

Both options mentioned so far (I have the Boztec) are within a few millimeters of each other, so you'd probably do better to base your choice on other factors such as looks or price. I think they're both roughly the same price though.
