FT Lauderdale/ Pembroke Pines Hotel recommendation

Does anyone know a nice hotel in Ft Lauderdale. I have to go there tomorrow and stay for a few days. My 95 year old great aunt passed away after a battle with colon cancer. She was a tough lady and lived a great life. The last half of her life was filled with travel and leisure. She was my my favorite relative.
So, I am going to the funeral, saying a few words, and saying my goodbye. If anyone has a recomendation on a nice hotel that is near S.W. 135 Terrace in Pembroke Pines I would greatly appreciate it.

The Pillars Hotel at New River Sound

This is a nice, small hotel on the intracostal in Ft Lauderdale. It's not cheap, but all hotels down here are costly this time of year.
Sorry to hear about your great aunt.

Sorry to hear about your loss. Hang in there.

Try the Sheraton Yankee Clipper:
Sheraton Fort Lauderdale Hotels: Sheraton Yankee Clipper Hotel - Hotel Rooms at sheraton.com

Right across from the beach in Ft. Lauderdale. Considering the grief you must be dealing with, a long walk on the beach might be good for you.

My condolensces...
