Oil filter position

Oil filter is in such a convenient position for DIY oil change!
Good design layout-Toyota!

Yeah, and they even supply a little "catch" basin so you don't have to worry about the under-hood fires a la CRV

At the bottom of the catch cup there is a nipple you can put a cup under or run a hose down to the drain pan to get the spilt oil. I love how this engine is both powerful and enviromentally friendly.
Even the black plastic trim on the outside is recyclable. When we rip it off on the trail or to mod our rig we don't have to add it to the landfill.

Does that mean if one of the bumper wings falls off, we should push some dirt over it and add water? Will it grow into an oak or pine?
