You Know You're Obsessed When....

There's gotta be other FJ'ers out there that have done this - do everyday things seem to be tied into your FJ? Like the Blue of the Chevron Station looks just like Voodoo Blue? I dunno - it kinda hit me how in love with my cruiser I am when I poured out some shave cream the color of my car!! HEY - THAT's VOODOO BLUE!! C'mon guys - when did you realize you were caught up?

When my wife saw me drive it in the drive way (She wanted Titanium color really bad!) and she said "So you DO ride the short bus!"

I'll never forget the big ole cheeseburger grin and arms-wide-open running hug my 6 yo son gave me when he awoke that morning to see it sitting in the backyard.

I always get caught up in whatever I'm into. I just sit and stare at the FJ, taking in the design, and always finding some new element to it I missed the time before.

There are a lot of nutty, obsessed folks on this board. I'm not one of them.

Thanks Guys - I just had to ask. I have mine parked out front of our office and I just love the way she looks. When I first bought her - I came out of the grocery store and walked toward her and I just smiled cuz I couldn't believe I owned one. It was sorta the same with our Tundra. I live around the corner from the Toyota Dealership and called my husband when the Tundra's hit the lot. We bought one that week. Same with the Cruiser - headin' out to Lowe's and spotted the FJ on the lot and had one within two weeks! I've found people laying under the front bumper looking at the underside!
