So i have this mystery button & LED under my dash...

As I was looking at my dash deciding on where I can add a new 12v outlet, I notice something that looks like an LED. Directly behind it felt what could be a pushbutton of some sort. the wire lead to an array of wires where my electronics skills prevent me from deciphering what it could lead to.

my trusty manual failed me this time. any one else have the secret missile button with LED also?

It's at the bottom of his post - pushed down because of the large ad to the right

Is it an alarm beacon? you know if you set your alarm it blinks. look on your option list, see what you got. Looks like an alarm to me. but i've been wrong before.

Re: So i have this mystery button & LED under my dash...

was there a dealer sticker on the window next to the window sticker? Looks to me like they added some kind of aftermarket kill switch.
