My sensor OFF button does not 'click' into place. Does anyone know if it should it 'click' into place in order to deactivate the system? I am thinking the button might be broke. Any thoughts? Thanks.

I'm pretty sure it's a momentary switch.....press and release and it's turned off.......normally it's default is to be active.
Your LED should flash in the round area below the passenger seatbelt indicator
