Winshield Aspect Ratio

I'm liking the front windshield, although I want to know how they made the ride so quiet with a near vertical, near flat configuration. The wide and short glass definitely isn't a 16:9 golden rule aspect ratio, but it sure works for me on this vehicle.

However, something has been stuck in my craw ever since I saw Rooster's bio photo on the Toyota Trail Teams website. I haven't quite been able to put my finger on it until today, when I finally realized exactly what has been haunting me.

So is it just me, or do Roosterdo's stylish spectacles appear to have the same aspect ratio as the front windshield of the FJ Cruiser!?!

Re: Winshield Aspect Ratio

First, Rooster is a model forum poster and photo shop wizard, then he get to be on FJ Trail Team, and now it appears he was the model for the front windshield. How could a guy with a mug like that be a model for anything? Just lucky I guess. Sure glad he didn't roll the Cruiser in training while transversing that 40.5 degree hill slope.

Re: Winshield Aspect Ratio

I have to admit that was perfect!

I must say both the FJ and I do share rugged good looks
