This is real bad

I was at the store today sitting in my truck talking on my phone when a couple parked next to me, got out of their new Ford truck, and did a 360 around my truck before putting his forehead up against my passenger window to look in. (He didn't see my because of my tinted windows). When he did that I rolled down my window and scared the crap out of him. Then he says "So this is the new Hummer Huh" I put my head down and explained to him the real facts about the different models, manufactures, and where they are built. After some more BS he starts to walk away and says to his wife "I have always wanted a Hummer" I thought to myself ya me too but I wouldn't be caught dead driving one. I have seen those cheesy stickers that say H5, I want one that says no hummers here, Wait thats not good either. I loose either way. Any suggestions????

Re: This is real bad

No matter how high your estimates of human stupidity, we all are repeatedly and recurrently startled by the fact that:

a) people whom you had once judged rational and intelligent turn out to be unashamedly stupid.

b) day after day, with unceasing monotony, you are harassed in your daily activities by stupid individuals who appear suddenly and unexpectedly in the most inconvenient places and at the most improbable moments.

Send them to the local Toyota Dealer and tell them to check out the H-5.

Hello chewey46 it appears that you have not posted on our forums in several weeks, why not take a few moments to ask a question, help provide a solution or just engage in a conversation with another member in any one of our forums?

Re: This is real bad

I had 2 couples look at ours out front of our biz while I was showing it to a client. One guy asks hows it ride? HUH! I say compared to what...... He says like a Hummer. Well, would that be H1,2, or 3 ???? I don't know I've never driven a Hummer....... Then how can I compare the ride of the FJ to a Hummer??? that you've never driven Duuuuhhhh. My rant, I hate that question, it's so friggin stupid. COMPARED TO WHAT?

My Plates Mounted... Found this little fixerupper(make your message plate frame) at Auto Zone...

My first three letters in my new plates came in as "UMR..." That's funny !!!

Me and the wife keep saying to people that "it's not A hummer", "FJ came out in 1958, way before the Hummer"
