not sure of the scale, but it's 12" long, 8" wide, and 7" tall with the wheels...

the truck size is only 10" x 5" x 4" respectively...

I have seen them at tons of Toy dealers. I know the Hank Aaron Toy in Atl sells several diiferent RC versions (1 big, 1 little like this one, & 1 huge) I think the monster one is atleast 1/12 scale and was like 50 clams. Toy of Orlando, Central Fl Toy, and others in Orlando all have the little one. K
