I just put mine on not to long ago using the OEM bushings and they have been fine so far... I had to go out and get two nuts for the brake line because mine didn't come with any. Also i don't have any washers so i don't know what you are talking about there...
I put these on a while back...Used the existing parking brake clips and had my own nylock nuts...The links come with 8 split poly bushings (yellow), 4 arb sleeves (in bag with bushings), and 4 MAF machine heavy duty sleeves...The sleeves that came with the bushings I tossed...Use the HD MAF sleeves...Push one split bushing onto it, place it thru one of the sides of the link, push another split bushing on from the other side to "clamp" the end of the link...Repeat on all ends of the links...I don't recall any washers coming with the kit...Here's the only pic I have of them...

Reason: Found another pic
Did you have to spread the attachment points out to account for the outside OME bushings?

Nope...There's plenty of room for it to fit right up in there...I have just went around last weekend and tighten everything up on the FJ, and torqued down all lower link bolts to 65-ish ft. lbs...Factory calls for like 87 or something like that, but once you approached the 70's, the bushings get very "smushed" in there...I've been driving with them for about 3k miles, and wheeled with them twice...The bolts haven't budged, so mid-60's for ft. lbs. of torque is plenty...You can PM for anymore questions, I don't keep up with threads very well...

Running a greaseable thru-bolt instead of the stock bolts will allow you to grease the bushings. Currie sells them on their website, but you will need to make sure that you buy the correct size. Measure your stock bolts (or whatever MAF sent you) and buy the same size greaseable thru-bolt. Also make sure they are grade 8 bolts. If you Google "greaseable thru-bolt" or "greaseable shackle bolt" or "greaseable bolt" you'll find a bunch of places that sell them in various sizes. As for grease, I like Red Line Synthetic or Mobil 1 Synthetic (the red stuff).
Excellent! The current bolts are the OEM bolts. Do you know the size of the original bolts? Thanks!!

I unfortunately don't, but someone here might. I think Uphill posted the size in one of his threads about the AP links. If it were me I would pull one out and measure. Also make sure to check the bolts on the uppers as well to make sure they use the same size bolts.
