Expensive but great reading! FJC books

Expensive but great reading! FJC books

Just like buying text books in collage, $25 per lb for the Factory Service manuals. FedEx just dropped them off the other day. Well worth it and they have already unlocked a few questions I had.

Anyone wanting to learn more about their truck but don’t want to drop for the full 17lbs worth (the complete set) , I recommend the “FJ Cruiser New Car Features 2007”. This is the little white book (200 or so pages) in the photo. It is $59.81 from the Toyota Material Distribution Center. (#00400-NM024-OU) Anyone can buy the factory stuff directly from Toyota, here is their number 800-622-2033. Their web site is:
MDC - Material Distribution Center

The New Car Features book covers in relative detail exactly how all the key systems work, and diagrams from the service manuals to explain them. Good stuff. It also covers why they did what they did with each feature. Cool stuff.
