I started noticing a bunch of people waving at me over the last couple of months. I have went to a small town north of me twice and on the way back have had probably 15 to 20 trucks go by with people waving each time. I couldn't figure out why all of a sudden these people were waving as most of them were in company oil and gas field trucks, pickups, etc., and I don't know that many people that work in that occupation around here.
Jump back at the beginning of this story and a few of the guys at work were giving me a hard time at being down at one of the local bars all of the time. I usually don't go to the bars and have never been to this bar in the 22 years I've lived here.
I passed by the bar that my friends thought I was hanging out at a few days ago and saw a Sun Fusion FJ parked out front. It had an All-Pro front bumper with no winch and it looks like an OME lift. I actually passed it on the street a little later that day and there was a younger blond lady driving with a dark haired lady in the passenger seat.
The bar that the FJ was parked in front of is the local strip club. I don't know if they work there as strippers or maybe as bartenders, or if they just like the show. I now know where the waves are coming from as the bar is a popular place with the oil/gas field workers and they must think that I am the girls until they wave and it's to late and they see that I'm an older balding male!
The FJ looks like it has Colorado plates so if anyone knows who these young ladies might be, let me know. In the mean time I just might have to start visiting that local bar.
