Re: Cops with FJ's

Former LEO checking in here, current Court Traffic Adjucator.

Buying the FJ had nothing to do with work though. Otherwise I would have bought a ford exploder

Re: Cops with FJ's

Moab City cop here. Only what, let's see....yep, 18 years to retirement. As of now I'm a patrol cop and recently got accepted on to the mountain bike patrol.

My decision to buy the FJ had nothing to do with being a cop. I'm a diehard Toyota guy and I need something that will get me around "town" here in Moab. The FJ is more than adequate for the trails I run around here, in the San Juans (only 2 hours away) and elsewhere.

Re: Cops with FJ's

I've seen a nice pic of a black fjc with a clear light bar on the top. Assumed that the owner was a LEO but I don't think he posted on this thread yet. Anyone know who i'm talking about?

LEOs, SRO, any type of cop in uniform...Thanks for your selfless service. Your work is just as important as what our soldiers do overseas.
X2 ...and just as underpaid and all too often thankless. Thanks for your service.

Hmmmmm.... Maybe somebody should start the thread "Criminals with FJs"... Could be interesting...

Any cops in Oregon?

I got popped going 72 in a 55. $142 ticket, not too bad. Was wondering if it is worth it going to court or should I just mail in the guilty verdict and check? This happened near Grants Pass, OR.

Any suggestions would be helpful.

Thanks,
James
