OEM Rock Sliders w/ step bars

Driving on the freeway I saw an FJ that had OEM rock sliders and step bars. I took some snap shots before the FJ started to speed up.

Re: OEM Rock Sliders w/ step bars

huh....WTF?!?!?!

This has to be a mall runner....didn't want to remove an accessory for another thinking it wouldn't be practical. They have no idea why the rock slider was there to begin with.

Jaxtoy,

I am not sure if you are talking about my picture posts or the H2. The one on the FJ are OEM Rock Sliders and aftermarket step bars. The step bar mounting points went around under the slider and up on the body. I saw it clear as day but I just couldn't take the picture fast enough. It was hard enough trying to pull my camera out before the on ramp.

They are not rock sliders. They are just steps. Rock sliders are for protection, when going off road. I have Body Armor rock sliders on mine. Just check out some web sites, and you will true rock sliders.
