LOL, I "Discovered" that years ago....pun intended. Between their poor customer service and high interest rates, I dumped them years ago. What do you expect from something introduced by the Sears Rowebuck company though? Discover Card - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia The only thing Sears has going for it is the Craftsman Tool Brand.

The Chase credit card family is one to avoid as well.

STILL WAITING ON CREDIT BACK. IT HAS BEEN OVER A WEEK SINCE THEY'VE RECEIVED EVERYTHING. IT HAS BEEN OVER A WEEK SINCE THEY PROMISED CREDIT BACK. *the shouting was intentional*

Now they have everything-the wheels, bolts, and my money. All I have is their word to refund me the FULL amount.

FJamming, Man that sucks bro!!!

I hate crappy vendors.

Reminds me of the wheel spacer deal I got from Trail Gear, they shipped the wrong ones and won't take them back, $200 and they sit on a shelf, thanks Trail Gear.

Discover card screwed me 3 different ways in one transaction, Discover absolutely sucks!!!!
I have had phenomenal experiences with my Citi Master Card, every time it has taken 4 weeks to resolve, but they have given me immediate credit pending resolution and I've always finished where I should have.
The biggest problem I see is they just don't want to communicate. Phones go unanswered and when answered, I don't get a answer.

Frustrating.

Re: Vendor Warning: Beadlock Specialties

My family hasn't dealt with Sears since they fired my grandmother, after many years of service, over a misunderstanding. Just do a Google search for "Sears sucks" to see how well thought of the company is: "Results 1 - 10 of about 213,000 for sears sucks"

Re: Vendor Warning: Beadlock Specialties

Hey FJamming, sorry to hear of your misdealings.

Looks like your wheels are for sale on ebay!

eBay Motors: 16" Beadlock Specialties Rock Lock Wheel (item 190185797456 end time Jan-01-08 23:13:20 PST)

I was interested till I saw the seller and remembered this post.

Hope 2008 is a better year for you and yours-Bill

Re: Vendor Warning: Beadlock Specialties

Bill, thanks for the heads up! Those are indeed mine!

Beautiful wheels, but horrible vendor.

Re: Vendor Warning: Beadlock Specialties

I think you should get your refund around January 15th (about a week after the eBay auction ends)

I was told that I've been refunded (by a 3rd source).

Vendor does not want to communicate!
