Gadget of the year

What in your opinion is the gadget of the year for FJ or offroading? Post it here for all of us to share.

Here are my top 3:
  1. Lucrum Lights
  2. Snorkel for FJ.
  3. Scangauge

Re: Gadget of the year

Great thread idea FJamming.

I agree with those choices 100%. I would add the MPAC bags on there too. Don't have a snorkel, but the Lucrum lights and the ScanGauge just get better and better every day you live with them.

Last night the Lucrums saved me from hitting a deer.

Re: Gadget of the year

1. scanguage - has saved me a bunch of gas!
2. safari snorkel - just damn cool
3. m-pac by springtail - way to utilize the empty space on the door

Re: Gadget of the year

I would go scanguage first. Because it is cheep. Next the Lights, because that video is way cool and the lights look badass. Then stop there. I would get bushwackers before the snorkel. my 02 cents.

Re: Gadget of the year

Bushwackers are cool. Are there a lot of people with them yet besides Chatsworth?

Re: Gadget of the year

At first I was not sure about Bushwackers. Everytime I see a picture I like them more and more. But without wheel spacers or deep dish rims it might look funny. I did see a sick looking black FJ at the kitty trip and I was amased at how good they looked. I'm sure the installation of it had a lot to do with it. Not bagging on people with snorkel, but just does nothing for me. Thats all im gonna say about that.

Chats' rig is sick looking. On ours it might look a tad funny. On Bushwackers site they have a SF with them on it and that looks nice too. I would want to see them on a VB befor I throw down 500.00.

Seems I have HJ this thread sort of. Now back on track. sorry

Re: Gadget of the year

I think the bandi mount needs to be added to the list.

Sounds like Mr. Tony needs to make this into a poll!
