First 2,000 miles - impressions

Just clicked 2,000 miles, thought I'd share some observations.

I LOVE THIS THING!!

I wish the gas tank was bigger.

I get comments and looks everywhere I go. People are amazed at the price. It is a really good value.

The stereo is really good and I love my built in XM!

I know a lot of you have extra lights, but you have to admit, the headlights on the FJ are really great, I'm on country roads a lot and those high beams light up the road GREAT, maybe better than any car I've had.

Did I mention I love it??

Three windshield wipers is flat out cool.

Ingenious side visors.

There's just nothing about it I don't like. I have a long commute, spend a lot of time in my car and I look forward to getting into it every time!

Welcome to the club with your new 2008 FJ! You'll very likely continue to love it more and more.

What mods you have planned (if any)? Send some pics when you get a chance.

Mike

After 16 months of hard use, I feel the same way as you do!

Re: First 2,000 miles - impressions

Here's a picture. As for mods, I know I want black wheels at some point but I kind of blew my budget for a while just getting it.

I kind of like the look of those bull bars? I think that's the right name? But I already have the skidplate, not sure if those work with existing skidplates.
