Where can I rent one for the weekend? PA/MD

I would like to rent an FJ for the weekend so I can get a chance to experience one for size and driving habits before I buy one. Anyone know if any dealers in PA or MD are offering any of these as rental vehicles yet?

When you find a rental agency with an FJ or two please let me know. I would like to rent one or two of them for a few weeks of off-road testing

if you ever do find one avail for rental, it's going to be a base automatic.

I don't know about rental, but I seem to recall hearing something about the Trail team allowing folks to drive one of their spares.

They're at Rausch Creek PA this weekend, I believe.

And Paragon the following. Not sure about Rausch but Paragon has a test track (little off road trail) that you can drive the FJC on without having to go into the park.

A Toyota dealer maybe?

Toyota advertises their TRAC rental program to "utilize only the latest-model Toyotas, making it a superior rental experience. TRAC gives drivers the opportunity to enjoy a new Toyota before committing to a purchase or lease."

While I'm doubtful the FJ Cruiser is among them now, if the popular Prius is available to rent, it's not unreasonable to expect the FJ Cruiser to become available in the not too distant future.

I know I'd gladly pay a rental fee for an extended test drive on a purchase of this size.

Re: Where can I rent one for the weekend? PA/MD

Good afternoon,

There is a Florida rental agency that purchased 19 FJ's two months ago. They came through the Toyota Logystics last week and are possibly en route. I can keep you posted after I check with someone I know.

Google says,

Beverly hills rent-a-car,
www.bhrentacar.com/

$125.00 per day.
$750.00 per week.

150 miles per day included.
$0.32 per additional mile.
