Re: 150 FORUM BADGE ORDERS SHIPPED-180 Badges

Received mine looks great! Thanks for all the hard work Slither. I hate to complain but they forgot to thread the badge for the post. I can take care of it, just wanted to note it.

Re: 150 FORUM BADGE ORDERS SHIPPED-180 Badges

Rats....paid 11/24, so I guess I'm batch 2.

Would love to see more pics of where people are mounting their batch 1 badges!

Thanks again, Slither.

Received mine yesterday in Northern New Jersey. Looks great, my son can not wait until it goes on the grill.

Thanks for all your effort, be sure that all your work is deeply appreciated.

I used a toggle fastener.

Thanks again slither.
But you didn't drill through the badge, did you? The head of the screw would be on the outside of the badget. Or, did you have a tap for that thread pitch and have the head of the screw facing the engine bay?

I think you just have to reverse the toggle. I'm guessing the one he used has matching threads. You could just cut off any excess threads if your bolt was too long.

Edit: In fact you could probably just use the toggle with the mounting hardware that come with the badge.
