Well due to the fact that there was no heat in the house I've got to work in yet and an overnight shipment of 260 mounting posts received yesterday afternoon, I was able to send out the first 150 orders which totals 181 badges. One thing I didn't count on was all of the customs declarations for you Canadian fellars and overseas guys, what a pain in my but! Any way the vendor overnighted all of the posts he had available(260). We should start seeing some badges arriving tomorrow or the next day. I'm sure everybody will be posting up. The replacement badges won't be shipping until the week of the 19th. I will only be about 6 short of filling all of the orders. Here are some pics in case anyone else wants to give this a shot!

I actually got to the post office at 4:55pm this evening with the last 50 I did. Fortunately I know a few of the guys that work at our post office. One of them said "Pete, hang on I've got something for you. He handed me all of the Canadian orders I had, I think about 8, and told me to fill out the cards. I also had a package going to Kuwait so we got that done and now I've got all of you Canadian fellars done tonight. It's kind of silly, just have to write my name and address and your name and address all over again because it's a padded package. Oh well ya can't fight em!

Awesome, ya the mail systems in both US and Canada can be a REAL pain. Its funny they seem to piss off the people that keep them in a job, its no wonder more people switch to couriers even though they aren't much better.

If I were still drinking I probably would have never been able to get an FJ and definitely wouldn't have taken something like this on! I'd be sittin' on a bar stool wondering why everything sucks! Gave up the drinking almost 6 years ago, wish I had done it long before I did.

Nope, I paid for my badge as well. I may have had a little left over but PayPal fees were a little more with my business account and shipping and materials have run over a little. Shipping all of these is around $800 dollars just for postage alone! I get the satisfaction of knowing I've done my part for the FJ community and you guys appreciate it, I know that whole heartedly. Hopefully everyone is pleased with the net result!
