Well, I received a new insult to the FJ today. Don't know by who, but it was rather foul. I came out of Academy to find someone had spit all over my driver's side window and door. Now, I purposely parked away from everyone, so whomever did the spitting went out of their way to do it. But I guess, on the bright side, at least they took notice of the FJ. Who goes around spitting on someone's vehicle, anyway?
I think they were just drooling when they went up close to see your FJ.

I have received a fair amount of compliments on my FJ but my favorite insults that I have gotten so far are:
-"Aww that's cute!" -Girls from work
-"FJ...more like F Gay" -Jealous best friend who drives an 07 4x4 Tacoma
-"Your grill looks like Johnny 5 from Short Circuit" -Manager at work
-"Was a Rubicon not good enough for you?" -Friend who only believes in Jeeps
-"Found Junked" -Jeep guy on a trail that broke down later that day (I laughed at him)
-"So how many soccer balls and grocery bags can you fit in there?" -"Bro" in a 2wd prerunner S-10
I went on a date with this girl to a movie, she came with her friend and when the movie was over and the plan was for her to ride home with me. When she was my 08 TT, she said it looks like an ugly egg, i told her to call her friend to come get her and that ended that.

I have heard a variation of this one from Jeep guys enough that I think it is meant as an insult.
"Yeah, I really like those FJ cruisers, I was thinking of getting one for my girlfriend/wife/sister."
I have to check the guy's face, cause sometimes they might actually mean it in a good way, but most of the time I figure why give a Jeep guy the benefit of the doubt?
