Has anyone ever got this before? What's up with this attitude?
Given the state of the American auto industry, simple minded folk will point to the competition as the source of the problem. The worse it gets the more vocal they will become.

That would piss me off on so many levels. Talk about kicking a person while they're down.

Actually, i would be quite happy. Depending on the state you live in, that would automaticly make the ticket viod. I'd let someone call my rig a freakin yugoifit meant getting out of a $40 or $50 ticket.

Re: Insults to your FJ

Break it down first. The "F" stands for the Type F Gasoline engine the switched to in 1954 from the original Type B. The "J" actually stands for jeep, which was a generic term for that style vehicle before it became a name brand. The first of its kind was the Toyota Jeep BJ, using the the Type B motor. The two digits that began to follow the FJ are specifying the series. It went:
FJ, FJ-40, FJ-55 and 56, FJ-60, FJ-70(never made it to the states), FJ-80, FJ-100, and the FJ-200.

Got this from WIKI answers but have read similar elsewhere.

Not an expert, but I knew I read the J does stand for Jeep

Great history lesson! Seriously, I was always curious but too lazy to look it up.

Just had this comment this morning from a little kid walking into a convenience store with his grandfather.
"Grandpa, I like that one, it has a funny nose." haha Cute kid!

As for the "cute" comments, I have adopted a new phrase and call it "ruggedly cute". Seems to be a good compromise.
FJ - Ruggedly Cute.
