Insults to your FJ - Page 3

My next door neighbor bought an LR3. I told him he should follow me on a couple trails. He replied, "noway, you'll have to follow me". That comment lasted all about 2 weeks when I asked if he wanted to go to the beach and he couldn't because his new truck was in the shop for a faulty airbag suspension compressor. I said nothing to him (actually felt a little bad), but my wife and I got a good laugh within the confines of our home!

I was driving my girlfriend at the time to get dinner. A hummer comes the other way and she say, "Oh look honey, another FJ!!!" as it passes by.

We're choosing to see other people...!

I've only gotten praise so far. Someone comes over every second time I fill it up with gas (so that would be like real often

). They notice it's a Toyota and ask 'what kind of Toyota is that', 'looks really cool', etc. Nobody has mistaken it for a Hummer, people here aren't that stupid.

I was worried whether treehuggers would attack it, but I think they go more for the nonsensical narc dealer Hummers with low-profile tires and tinted windows, cruising around downtown, as opposed to my dirty FJ that looks a bit more purposeful.

i think tonka toy is a great name for it.... hence my license plate TNKA TY...

but yea ive heard the 'new hummer' before but the one that pissed me off was look at the 'barbie jeep'. stupid bastard... he drove a golf. what the hell does he know??

well, mine was called "cute" a few times...

My brother called it a "fake Jeep"

Then the mods took off and I ran my brother off the trail.... He has a Jeep and well, my 2wd Fj took HIM OUT!!!!!!
