Re: Happy 4th of July. How are you going to celebrate?

Loading up the FJ this morning- taking the family out to Lake Conroe for the weekend. We just got the FJ a couple of weeks ago so this short trip has everyone very excited. Being outside of Houston all our friends have fireworks, water bazzokas, and who knows what else they are bringing. Be safe !

I'll be mountain biking a bit in the afternoon and then I'll be BBQing with the PRFJCruisers crew! Ribs, beer and fireworks are on the menu! Happy 4th to all.

Taking the kids to the Elks's pool party, then the big fireworks in town. Thank God back in the day there where people brave enough to stand up to a tyranical government that did not represent their interests. Happy Independance Day. "Don't Tread on Me".

I'll be celebrating by starting off with the install of my Bushwacker's finally then when finished I'll tinker around with the fountain in my front yard, finally I'll start drinking my ice cold beer while BBQ'ing (not grilling), graduate to a lil Then the pool. Lastly, after it gets dark.......because I live in good ol' Kalifornia......I'll let off all my awesome fireworks......First the 'Snakes'......then the Smoke Bombs.....lastly....the Grand Finale......I'll let off the Sparklers!!!! All the while and in all seriousness......I'll give thanks to all that served before my time and to those that do presently. Happy Independence Day America. I truly love you.

careful with them sparklers

Denver's the same. Up in the mountains they're not as strict but we did get in trouble last 4th

As for my day. WAS going to take the kids to Transoformers, but some how ended up working on a tree house, I've done nothing but cut 2X4's all day and I'm tired. Planning on going to Georgetown to see some awesome fireworks.
