These people are deceptive, shadey, and full of poop. I called them and ordered 4 bilstien shocks for my Tacoma. They sent the wrong shocks. I sent those shocks back and they said they would send me the new ones. After 8 weeks of calling "where's my shocks" they kept telling me there on the way, and they will give me free shipping for my trouble, they did not mention they were on back order, yet they keep posting new auctions on ebay. I cancelled my order. A week later the manager calls and tells me "I will do whatever it takes" for a second chance, and give them to me at cost. I call him back and he says that was cost and he was not going to include free shipping ( I guess that is not part of "whatever it takes"). I felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman. I would not recommend these unprofessional clowns to anyone.
I bet when they see this thread, they will do WHATEVER it takes. . . til then boycott!!
although, I probably would not expect them to lose money on the deal . . . at cost with free shipping (on their dime) might be a little bit too much to ask. Granted, I dont like being sold something by any company that doesn't have to the goods to deliver, but they should have been up front right away and told you that so YOU could decide if you wanted to wait or find another business that had them in stock. Nobody likes getting the run-araound.

wierd....they also carry road amour bumpers that seem to be on back odor too
The simple fact that they sell for Road Armor, a company that has screwed over so many people in the past, leaves me with a bitter taste of disgust.
It sickens me to note that Sierra Expeditions, a previous favorite vendor of mine, has also taken to selling bumpers for these thieves.
Does anyone have any pride these days . . . or is it all just greed ?
